Apply Oat Scrub to damp skin and massage gently - add water as needed. Rinse with warm water, and pat dry. 

While it may be tempting to use our scrubs frequently, they are only meant to be used 1-2 times per week, max! Over exfoliation can cause dryness, peeling, cracking, irritation, burning, and permanent scarring and we don't want that.

• To extend the shelf life of your Oat Scrub, avoid introducing water into the container and handle your Oat Scrub with clean, dry hands. Tightly secure lid and store product in a cool, dry environment.

• If this is your first time using this product, apply a small amount to your forearm and wait 24 hours. If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately.

• This product contains nuts.

• Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only.
